At Folksboxx, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. If you receive a damaged item, we'll gladly accept returns and offer a replacement or refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customer service email or phone number within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to report the issue.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and if possible, attach clear photos showing the damage.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.

Return Eligibility

  • We only accept returns for items that are received in damaged condition.
  • Items must be reported as damaged within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
